[Kde-pim] How to report bugs with sensitive info?

Unless the name of the attachment itself is confidential you can simply 
copy the relevant header information of the attachment into the bug 
report. To get this header information view the message source (View-
>View Source). Then look for something similar to

--Boundary-00=_c7jIMAvGVSA9HFY
Content-Type: text/x-patch;
  charset="ISO-8859-1";
  name="kmix.patch"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Content-Disposition: attachment;
	filename="kmix.patch"
