Hello,

in Kopete is supported skype protocol. I see that kaddressbook support call to
phone numbers throw skype. Kopete support handling skype URLs (like on windows
skype action handler).

If I run this command and skype protocol is enabled in kopete, kopete start
skype call to number NUM:

$ kopete skype:NUM?call

So It is possible to add default option in kaddressbook to use call throw
kopete (skype protocol)? Default kaddressbook try start skype and send
commands via Skype Public API.

Temporary solution is to set "external application" and use command
"kopete skype:%n?call"

This bug is reported on https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=240617 too.

Please CC mails to me, I'm not subscribed in list.
