They are changed in an incompatible way so they are still correct after
migration.
Basically they refer to folders by path in one way or another and they then
need to refer to them by collection.
Making them usable for both versions would most likely mean duplicating every
involved key, one for the old and one for the new version and not caring about
them being in sync when one is changed.
