[Kde-pim] KAdressbook Help action

Hi,

the kaddressbook.desktop file has a X-DocPath entry to a local help file, but 
the documentation was removed some time ago from kdepim/doc.
Launching the help action therefore only leads to an user unfriendly error 
message in khelpcenter.

I am in favour to replace the X-DocPath in trunk + 4.5 with a link to 
http://userbase.kde.org//KAddressBook as temporary solution, until we have a 
kaddressbook handbook again in kdepim/doc.

Comments, objections?
