[Kde-pim] [PATCH] Remove SQL dialect specifics from akonadidb.xml

Hej,

the attached patch removes the SQL dialect specific strings from 
akonadidb.xml and introduces abstract descriptions instead.
The abstract descriptions are replaced to SQL dialects by the specific 
backends.

Ok to commit?
