[Kde-pim] Reseting akonadi/kmail config & data in 4.5

Experimenting with various setups in 4.5 and want to check what is the correct 
way to reset the various configurations so I can start from scratch


I'm assuming:

Ensure all clients (kmail etc) are closed

akonadi
- akonadictl stop
- rm -rf .local

kmail:
 - akonadictl stop
 - rm -rf $KDEHOME (or .kde)


Is there anything else to consider?
