[Kde-pim] KMail freezes - possible clue

Actually the distribution list expansion code is still disabled, we should 
discuss and re-enable it at the weekend.
The code causing the delays is apparently the crypto key resolver, which does 
lookup of contacts by e-mail address.
Why Nepomuk takes so long (there are even reports of hangs) is a mystery to me 
for now.
