[Kde-pim] Dialogs in kdepimlibs/akonadi/contact/ untranslated

Hi,

the dialogs in kdepimlibs/akonadi/contact/ (trunk + branch) are untranslated, 
messages are extracted, but the catalog is not loaded.

The attached patch make these dialogs nearly fully translated. 

The items mCityCombo in geoeditwidget.cpp are still untranslatable (see 
comment in the patch), but I don't know how to fix that.
