Is it really X-KADDRESSBOOK-X-Anniversary and not 
X-KADDRESSBOOK-Anniversary? Same for the others. I was testing with the
akonadiconsole 4.3 and it displayed the extensions under "payload" when
I used just X-KADDRESSBOOK (no addition -X- in the middle). It did not
display them when using X-EVOLUTION-<something>.

Anyway, if the current mapping in the XML config of SyncEvolution is
wrong, I'll leave improving that to Sascha.
