It will be in the foreseeable future. Unfortunatly, university keeps me busy 
enough at the moment but that will change soon. Patrick went ahead in the 
meantime and ported/merged that code into SyncEvo's git repos directly. You 
can use the Akonadi plugin to test it but I would recommend to make backups 
before as things will surely fail. Simple cases (like overwriting all your 
contacts on your phone with Akonadi contacts or vice versa) should work 
though.
