[Kde-pim] Need information about "kpinterfaces library"

There isn't a kpinterfaces library that is part of kdepim, as far as I'm
aware. KCall isn't part of the official kdepim package, and the KCall
website has some out of date links on it, so you should contact the KCall
developers for more information.
