[Kde-pim] Knotes 4.x look and feel

Hi developers,

I just installed knotes 4.3 and I feel a bit disappointed about the look and
feel compared to the previous release series 3.x. I remember that in the
former versions 3.x it had a pin icon, with a gradient background, and all
these has been removed now. Is there any reason for this? Is there any
option of getting this back? Maybe as an option?
