Summary
-------

As a "newcomer" I try to cmake kdepimlibs, without having build kdelibs.
I get an error about the missing of Nepomuk (correct) and a link to 
   http://www.kde.org
For a newcomer, it is very difficult from this site to get anything about "nepomuk"!

To make it easier, I propose to add a line to the error:
  "nepomuk is a part of kdelibs"

In this way, the newcomer learns he/she has to build kdelibs first.
