You need:
- An SVN account, see http://techbase.kde.org/Contribute/Get_a_SVN_Account
- An account on bugs.kde.org
- An account at commitfilter.kde.org to receive notification mails about new
  commits in KDE SVN
- Be on IRC (channel #kontact) to talk to us

Currently kmobiletools bugs on bugs.kde.org are assigned to matthias at lmme
dot de, I suggest contacting him. Either we can assign the bugs to you, or we
can assign the bugs to our bugs mailinglist kdepim-bugs at kde dot org. In the
later case, you need to be subscribed to the mailinglist to receive bug
notifications.

Where in SVN is kmobiletools? I guess you eventually want to move it to
extragear, so that it gets released from there. I don't know how much reach
kde-apps.org has, once you got a version that is ready for release it might be
worth writing an article for dot.kde.org.

Thank you for picking up KMobileTools! This is important software for many
users, who will be grateful that someone works on it.

What are the plans for Akonadi/PIM integration at the moment?

Thomas
