[Kde-pim] kdepim4.5-beta2 tagging and release

Howdy,

Sometime within the new few days Dirk (or me) will tag and release
the tarballs for kdepim4.5-beta2 and kdepim4.5-runtime-beta2.

Please let me know if there are super-critical bugs that would require a delay in tagging.
