Summary
-------

KOrganizer's timetable print style (actually, any agenda-style print style) prints the start and end time of an event in its box.
However, if an event started before the printed time range, the start of the visible time range was printed instead of the event's correct start time. Similarly, the end time was truncated to the visible time range in the printout.

This patch makes KOrganizer display the correct start-/end-time even for truncated events in the printout.
