[Kde-pim] Permission to move Akonadi DAV resource to kdepim

Hi all,

I resent this request as my previous mail is still without answers, positive or
negative, and the soft feature freeze date is approaching.

The Akonadi DAV resource is ready to be moved to kdepim/runtime/resources/dav after
one month in kdereview without unaddressed problems. I request permission from the KDE
Pim coordinators to do the move for inclusion in KDE SC 4.5.
