[Kde-pim] Bug handling for Windows versions of kdepim applications

I got a bug report for KAlarm on Windows (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=232551), but can't deal with it because I don't run Windows. Is there anybody who I can assign Windows bugs to, or should I just close them as unmaintained?
