[Kde-pim] kontact-admin documentation

Hi,

trunk has kdepim/doc/kontact-admin/index.docbook, but no desktop file with a X-
DocPath=kontact-admin/index.html, so this doc is not visible in khelpcenters 
navigation tree.

So this documentation and all its translations can be only displayed by 
entering "help:/kontact-admin" in konquerors location bar.

I won't expect that many admins/users know that, they even have to no the 
proper name "kontact-admin".

This could be improved either by 

* adding a  kontact-admin.desktop file with an X-DocPath (makes it visible in 
khelpcenters navigation tree) and a NoDisplay=true (hides it from the app 
laucher menu) entry, or by 

* moving this docbook to doc/kontact and include it as one chapter in the 
index.docbook
