[Kde-pim] Review Request: Add "Move to Calendar" to the context menu

I don't know the code of KOrganizer/KCal at all, so you are at the same level like me :)
I tried save(), but it didn't work.
The issue is most likely that some internal maps/lists don't get the updated incidence, but I have no idea what to call to fix that.
