[Kde-pim] Kmail consideration of Authenticated-Results RFC5451

I'm considering the possible implementation of bug 204712[1]. Relating to the
user display of Authenticated Results headers. Fresh on the tail of other
display work I though I'd try to get a reasonable display consensus idea up
front. As per the security requirements of RFC5451 7.1 only those authserv-id
tokens configured by the user are going to be fully trusted.

Q1 should the domain(s) of the user's identity(ies) be included by default?

As per Ingo's and other's preference for minimal headers I'm considering just
some a green stylish tick for pass results, a blue box for neutral results,
and red cross for failed results and a blue broken box icon for errors to
represent the results.

These icons could be displayed after the From email address on the same line.
The icons would contain tool tips of the result interpretation.

Authenticated results headers not from the user's trusted authserv-id could be
displayed in grey potentially with a 'not trusted' tag on the tool tip.

A context menu to add/remove to the trusted authserv-ids and to disable the
display of untrusted authserv-ids.

Q2 does this sound reasonable?

Any other comments?
