[Kde-pim] Synchronization support for Akonadi

Currently, as I am digging more into SyncEvolution, I believe that the 
provided infrastructure there should be enough for the SyncML agent. 

I'm not sure if someone is willing to work on that, maybe we should defer that 
until we know that this could be useful for other apps/agents.
