Summary
-------

As Till suggested, resource and subresource are technical terms we should move away from.

There are already many places using Calendar/Folder instead of Resource/Subresource, for example resourceview button's tooltips; kopref's color usage ("Calendar inside, category outside"); and kopref's "Merge all calendars in one view".

Akonadi also uses the folder term to address subresources.

I don't know if the replacement should be done everywhere so here's a review request so we can discuss some strings.
