[Kde-pim] support for MS exchange

It is not scheduled. I'm working on both openchange and the exchange akonadi 
resource, and lots of other things. I'm only doing this in my free time.

openmapi is not the solution that I'm using. 

The akonadi resource is using openchange (http://www.openchange.org). 
Openchange can do the required operations (mostly), but we're still working 
on stabilisation. Evolution is helping with that as users find bugs: some in 
Evolution, some in openchange.
