[Kde-pim] Idea for KMail

Was thinking the other day about a new idea for KMail, automatic creation of 
filters.

This is how I propose it would work, when you move an email from your inbox to 
another folder in addition to the usual copy and paste there would be an 
extra option create filter. This would then automatically add the destination 
folder to the rule, you could also add it to an existing rule if you wanted.
