[Kde-pim] reply actions disabled for sent-mail folders

I have a similar problem. For a disconnected imap account the reply mail 
keeps being disabled.

This doesn't solve the problem for me. The only workaround I found atm is 
opening a browser and use webmail to send a reply =:(.
