I found a bug in the status bar spell check item. It's not updated if
the spell checker is toggled by right clicking in the text editor. I
put a patch (very trivial) in attachment (I hope it's well-done).
The patch applies to kmail/kmcomposewin.cpp
I hope it's useful :)
