Some more i18n bugs:

korgac: 
setMainCatalog( "korganizer" ); does not work
fixed and made it translatable for trunk and 4.2

aconadiconsole:
has i18n calls, but no message extraction and no proper catalog
make it translatable for trunk?

akonadi settings module:
a lot of messages are extracted to the catalogs akonadi_*_resource.pot, but 
none of the translations are used at runtime
