[Kde-pim] GSoC Proposal Draft

Hello again,

After getting some feedback and refining my idea a bit further, I went 
ahead and  put together a draft of my GSoC proposal. The attached .pdf 
is my current draft, and I thought I would post it here for criticisms 
and general feedback from the community. So if you've got any comments, 
questions, or feel the need to tear it to shreds, feel free to let me 
know here, via my personal e-mail (c.dewey10 at gmail dot com) or on IRC
