Summary
-------

This patch adds SQLite3 support to Akonadi Server. To test the SQLite3 backend add "Driver=QSQLITE" to the "[%General]" Section of your akonadiserverrc. There still will be dead locks and/or race conditions while using SQLite3 as a backend. I'm currently trying to get the tests in trunk/KDE/kdepimlibs/akonadi/tests/ to work.
