Bug reported by Thomas on IRC.
Currently, the unread count in the group view is updated only when the whole widget is updated (for example, when the mouse cursor is moved over this widget).

In KNode, triggering an update on group read/total count changes to notify the group view.
Uncover an issue in FolderTreeWidget:  force an update of the label when the unread count changes and this count is showed inside the label area.
