[Kde-pim] stable 4.2 kdepim kitchensync/kmobiltools/korn

Hi,

kdepim in 4.2 has code + documentation for kitchensync/kmobiltools/korn, but 
none of them are build, they are commented out in CMakeLists.txt.

Scripty is processing these apps in stable, some translators even seem to work 
on them, that's a waste of time and energy.

Any objections to remove them?
