[Kde-pim] Progress on the models stuff I've been doing

Another followup that I've added a couple of example apps. They're currently
just the models and views, and just use the QByteArray serializer, but you can
see that the item you selected is displayed, and you can see how the models work
and fit together. I'll be turning them into real apps soon I hope.
