Summary
-------

This patch changes the way cached imap updates the status of messages on the server. It stores the UIDs of messages that have had their status changed and uploads the status of only these messages on synchroisation (rather than all messages in the folder). It should make syncing much faster.

Testing

This patch was tested when it was applied to the KDE 3.5.8 version of KMail, but has been only briefly tested after porting to KDE 4.2
