[Kde-pim] akonadi resource and google contacts

Hello Michael,

thanks for the  information. I never have compiled an kde app though I
am not afraid to do so an I am generally comfortable with compiling
apps with
configure / make.

Can you please drop me some line of the commands I need to get the
source and compile via cmake?
