If you mean google apps like spreadsheet or document, AFAICT, there is no sync solution done yet. It can be implemented, thanks to the fact that google apps exposes a protocol to interact with its data.

For contacts and calendar, the most important features are implemented (svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/extragear/pim/googledata). You can check some videos here too:
