I used to use KDevelop3 and even wrote a tutorial for it, see
http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Set_up_KDE_4_for_development#KDevelop
Nowadays, I increasingly often use KDevelop4, which has very cool C++ support.
It still is a bit unstable and lacks a working debugger, though.
