[Kde-pim] Right-To-Left (RTL) Support in KMail's Composer

You both assume Plain text display. In reality, here in Israel "HTML Mail" is 
used because of the directionality problems.

The only thing we need to do, is make sure that we can set the "dir=rtl" 
or "dir=ltr" on DOM elements via QTextEdit. It should be possible, but I have 
never seen such code.
