[Kde-pim] rename fields in kaddress

It would be an extremely useful feature in kaddress, to be able to rename the default fields to whatever I want.

Some of the longer field names are too long. For example I would like to rename
"Business Address Zip Code" to something simpler like "BZip". 

In the future, please consider making the default fields in kaddress editable by the user.
