[Kde-pim] reply actions disabled for sent-mail folders

Thanks that this has been fixed, it was really anoying in 4.2.3 :-). However, 
there is one thing I would like to see: If you reply to an email in Sent-
Folder, the new recipient should not be the sender (myself) but the original 
recipient.

Obviously it doesn't make sense to reply to myself. When I reply on an 
outgoing mail I generally do this because I want to attach further information 
to the previous mail.
