[Kde-pim] Removing KContactManager from the KDE 4.3 branch

Hi,

Albert (the i18n coordinator) talked to me on IRC and said we should remove 
KContactManager from the KDE 4.3 branch. I agree, since it is not translated 
and not built by default, and therefore wastes space in the tarballs.

Also, we should remove KAddressbook in the akonadi-ports branch I think.

Any other opinions? If not I'll go ahead and remove it.
