[Kde-pim] Integrate the bogofilter also in akregator

I think that it may be a good idea to also include the bogofilter or similar 
Bayesian filter mechanism in the akregator to filter the RSS feeds. Similar 
functions are already realized somehow in few web server, such as:

http://www.feedzero.com/Home/Index.rails
