[Kde-pim] Minimum Akonadi version for the 4.3 branch

Hi,

I have encountered a problem while updating my 4.3 environment. The tagged-
for-4.3 version of Akonadi does not match the requirement in the 4.3 branch:

$KDESVN/branches/KDE/4.3/kdepimlibs requires 1.2.0
$KDESVN/tags/kdesupport-for-4.3/kdesupport/akonadi contains only 1.1.95

How to fix it? Update the tag (urgs)? Or lower the requirement?
