[Kde-pim] Kall telephone dialler now available for KDE 4.2

I have converted my venerable telephone dialler program to work with KDEPIM 
4.2. It is no longer a stand-alone application; I dropped all the phone book 
entry views and left just the dialler dialog. You configure it as a 
kaddressbook phone script-hook. See:

Note that to use it you need various archaic pieces of equipment, notably a 
land-line, a modem and a hand-set!
