[Kde-pim] Qt messagelistview speedup patch

Unfortunatley, I don't know which patch that is.
I have the feeling that Qt 4.5 rc1 (unpatched) is significantly slower than Qt 
4.4.x in this regard, opening my kde-core-devel folder now takes 3 seconds or 
so :(
