Summary
-------

Implement RFC2739, section 2.3 "vCard Schema Extensions".
Adapted from a patch sent to the kde-pim mailing list by Steve Wolter more than 1 year ago.

This is the beginning of support for Free/Busy information in vCards throughout KDEPIM.

A question: in the original patch, Steve used CALURL, CAPURL and CALADRURL.  But the RFC specifically says CALURI, CAPURI and CALADRURI.  So that's what I use in this patch.
