[Kde-pim] Qt messagelistview speedup patch

Hi all

I heard from Allen that there was a patch in qt-copy that stops the 
"Processing X of Y" messagelistview setup being horribly slow.  It seems our 
libqt4 packages don't have it.  Qt 4.5rc1 is in qt-copy now, can anyone point 
me to the right patch for Qt 4.4?
