[Kde-pim] KRES::Factory doesn't return translated strings

There is a bug in kdepimlibs/kresources Factory class in that the typeName() 
and typeDescription() methods don't return translated strings. I can't manage 
to work out how the translation mechanism ought to work for .desktop files in 
this context, but clearly it should.

For an example of the lack of translation in action, run KOrganizer, right 
click in the resources area and select Add. You'll see all the resource type 
names and descriptions untranslated. Select a resource and the configuration 
dialog which then opens also shows the resource type string untranslated.

The same happens in the KAlarm equivalent dialogs.
