This means Akonadi will not cope well with other mail clients accessing
the maildir folder. If the other mail client changes a flag of a
message (effectively changing the filename) then the Akonadi maildir
resource will assume that one message has been deleted and a new
message has been added. This will break any links to the changed
message.

Anyway, I probably shouldn't complain but do something about it.
