[Kde-pim] knode thread nested too far

Hmm, what about making the Subject column wider? If the total width of 
the columns exceed the width of the message list pane then you'll get a 
scrollbar (at least in KDE 3.5). Obviously, making the Subject column 
extremely wide is no permanent solution but as a workaround until the 
thread has died it should be okay.
